Staging service includes one to two hour consultation, and full examination of client's home or selected living area/s. This package helps guide sellers to give their home greater buying potential with professional hands-on approach. Stager will modify (reposition, remove or replace) seller's furniture to create a more desired layout. Sometimes this includes de-cluttering, or as I like to say "Minimalist Stylizing,” for a more optimal flow. Stager generally adds personal inventory and accessorizes to boost interior appeal, and therefore market attractiveness.

Full staging for vacant homes. Minimum of $1500. Includes entire home and patio or outside areas.
